Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Brihaspati, an AI learning platform operated by SG Solve, Noida, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Brihaspati on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Brihaspati provides AI-personalized learning for professionals: generated learning paths, tutoring sessions, exercises and quizzes, skill tracking, capstone assessments, and certificates. For organizations it adds team management, manager dashboards, and org-level analytics. Brihaspati is part of the GoSimplex platform — your account is a GoSimplex account and can be used across GoSimplex products, including signing in via the GoSimplex login.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Organization administrators may manage, suspend, or remove member access to their organization's workspace.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Individual accounts include one free first learning path. Continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Organization access is billed per seat, monthly, through your organization's GoSimplex billing account.
• Charges are collected via the GoSimplex platform from your prepaid platform balance or other enabled payment methods; payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI-generated content

Learning content, tutoring responses, and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to keep it accurate and useful, AI output can contain errors or omissions, and it is provided for educational purposes — it is not professional, legal, financial, or safety advice. Certificates attest to completion of Brihaspati assessments; they are not accredited academic qualifications.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• No transmitting malware or harmful code.
• No scraping, reselling, or systematic extraction of platform content.
• No sharing account credentials or circumventing seat limits.
• No using the service to build a competing dataset or product.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, and content are the property of SG Solve or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the material you submit; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (e.g. storing and processing your submissions to generate feedback).

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time (see the Refund Policy for billing effects). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse, and will use reasonable efforts to notify you. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, disputes) survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by support.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
