Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Brihaspati is an AI learning platform operated by SG Solve (Berger Tower, Sector 16A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India). Brihaspati is part of the GoSimplex platform: your account and billing are managed by the shared GoSimplex account system, so one account works across GoSimplex products. This policy covers Brihaspati; it applies alongside the platform-level handling of your GoSimplex account.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and optional phone number, held in your GoSimplex account.
• Learning data — your goals, questionnaire responses, learning paths, progress, exercise submissions, quiz and capstone results.
• Organization data — if you use Brihaspati through an employer or team, your membership, role, and seat status in that organization.
• Billing information — subscription and payment records. Card and payment-instrument details are handled by our payment processor (Razorpay) and are never stored by us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and security event logs (e.g. sign-in attempts) used to protect your account.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, personalize, and improve the learning service.
• To generate your learning paths and feedback with AI (see section 5).
• To process subscriptions and manage billing through the GoSimplex platform.
• To send service notifications, reminders, and respond to support requests.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Visibility within your organization

If your access is provided by an organization (your employer or team), that organization's administrators and managers can see your learning progress, skill assessments, and exercise scores as part of team dashboards. They cannot see your password or payment instruments. Individual (personal) accounts are not visible to any organization.

5. AI processing

Learning content — paths, exercises, tutor conversations, and feedback — is generated using large language models from established AI providers, accessed through a managed routing service. Requests contain only the learning context needed for the task (such as your role, goals, and current progress); they never include your payment details. Provider processing is governed by our contractual API terms.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure — learning data in a managed PostgreSQL database and account data in the GoSimplex account system — encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-restricted, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and security-relevant events are recorded in audit logs.

7. Third-party services

• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
• AI model providers — generation of learning content, as described in section 5.
• Google Cloud — hosting, database, and identity infrastructure.
• Email delivery services — transactional notifications.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask for a copy of your data; or object to or restrict certain processing. Write to letsconnect@sgsolve.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your GoSimplex account removes access across all GoSimplex products.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: secure, HTTP-only session cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Audit and security logs are retained for a limited period. On verified deletion requests we remove or anonymize personal data unless we are legally required to keep it.

11. Children

Brihaspati is intended for working professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for significant changes), with the "Last updated" date revised.
